Community Events FAQ
Ezer Events is a community-centered event company focused on bringing local businesses, families, and our community together through meaningful events and experiences.
Yes! Our community events are free to attend unless otherwise noted. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy great events, discover local businesses, and connect with our community without an admission fee.
Most of our events are open to the public and do not require an RSVP. However, if you plan to attend, we’d love for you to RSVP through the Facebook event when one is available. It helps us get a better idea of attendance and plan accordingly. RSVP links can be found in the individual event details.
Yes! Most Ezer Events are designed with families and our community in mind. We love creating events where people of all ages can come together, enjoy local businesses, and make memories. If an event includes activities with age restrictions or specific guidelines, we’ll include those details in the individual event information.
You can find all of our upcoming events on our Community Events page. We’ll also share event details and updates on our social media, so be sure to follow along and stay in the loop. You can also sign up for our newsletter for updates delivered right to your inbox.
Become a Vendor
Become a Vendor FAQ
Interested in joining the Ezer Events vendor family? Start by visiting our “Become a Vendor” page to learn more about our events, vendor requirements, and what we’re looking for. When you’re ready, you can submit an application through the link on that page. We’ll review your application and follow up with the next steps.
Yes, in some cases. To create a well-balanced shopping experience and give our vendors the best opportunity to stand out, we may limit the number of vendors in certain categories at each event. We also try to avoid having multiple vendors offering the same or very similar products—for example, we may not accept multiple vendors specializing in stained glass, 3D-printed products, or other highly similar offerings.Vendor availability and category limits can vary depending on the event, venue, and overall vendor mix. We encourage you to apply early, especially if you offer a product or service that may already be represented.
We welcome a variety of small businesses, makers, creatives, and local entrepreneurs who have something unique to share with our community. This may include handmade and artisan products, home goods, repurposed or up-cycled creations, art, specialty products, and other creative businesses. For businesses selling physical products, at least 60% of the products you offer must be handmade, created, repurposed, or substantially made by you or your business. We love vendors who bring something personal and unique to their craft — whether you're creating jewelry from scratch, turning vintage pieces into something new, or making your own products from the ground up.Select boutiques and other businesses may be considered depending on the individual event, venue, theme, and overall vendor mix. Because we carefully consider the balance of each event, acceptance is not guaranteed simply because your business fits within one of these categories
Direct-sales and network-marketing businesses are generally not accepted at Ezer Events. Our vendor lineup is primarily focused on makers, creatives, and small businesses offering products they create or substantially make themselves. If an event has an approved opportunity for direct-sales vendors, it will be specifically noted in that event's vendor information and application. If direct sales are not listed as an option for a particular event, please do not submit an application under that category.Any direct-sales opportunities are limited and determined by Ezer Events based on the event, venue, theme, and overall vendor mix.
Vendor fees vary by event and are listed with each individual vendor opportunity. Your vendor fee reserves your space and helps cover the costs of producing and promoting the event. A portion of vendor fees also goes toward event marketing and the fundraiser or community cause associated with that particular event. What is included may vary depending on the event, venue, and vendor setup, so be sure to review the specific event information before applying. Any additional requirements or costs will be clearly communicated in the event details and vendor information.
Once your application is submitted, please allow up to one week for your application to be reviewed. We carefully review applications based on the event, vendor requirements, product mix, and available space. If you are approved, you’ll receive confirmation and instructions for completing your vendor registration and payment. Event and vendor details are provided after approval and updated as the event gets closer, including setup information, arrival times, vendor space, and other important event-day details. We’ll also keep you in the loop along the way with event updates, marketing information, and ideas you can use to help promote your participation and make the most of the event.
Unless otherwise specified, vendors are responsible for providing everything they need for their booth and a successful event, including tables, chairs, tents/canopies, displays, weights, extension cords, and any other necessary supplies. If an event provides tables, chairs, tents, or other vendor equipment, that will be clearly stated in the event information and vendor instructions. Be sure to review the specific event details so you know what is provided and what you’ll need to bring.
Vendor applications open in stages. Current Ezer Events vendors may receive early access to applications before they are opened to the public. Once public applications open, new vendors are welcome to apply as well. You can apply as soon as an event's vendor application is available. We recommend applying early, as spaces may be limited and some categories may fill before the application period closes. If an event has a specific application opening date or deadline, that information will be included with the event's vendor details.
